A few things I'll pass along. I play Orks in Warhammer 40k, sci-fi version of Warhammer...the tabletop games I'm talking about. Anyway, the language usage is the same in 40k as Fantasy, so here's some tips since you can't be putting stuff in the translator as you play the game all the time.
Orks don't use the letters CK in a word. Going to use 40k examples of words since it's what I know. An Ork calls a rocket a rokkit, they often double up the K but it depends on the word. If the word would end in a CK, like a rock, an Ork would call it a rok. You double the K in the middle of the word and end in a K if it's at the end of a word.
Orks aren't stupid, their simple, big difference. People who RP an Ork as stupid are just wrong.
Words do not start with the letter H to an Ork. The word head would instead be 'ead, the H is left out and silent, instead replace with the ' as an accent character.
Things do not end in S to an Ork, usually S is replaced with a Z. The word arrows would become arrowz. Related, ERS is replaced usually with AZ, IE: brothers is brothaz. And again related, ER would be replaced with an A, IE: brother is brotha.
The use of ING at the end of a word is instead replaced with a IN'. So, amusing is amusin'.
The word the is da.
ERT is usually replaced with URT, IE: convert is convurt.
I'll try to add more to this later. That more or less covers the basics though. If you use that translator a few times you can pretty easily pick up the lingo and usage. To put the Ork accent into real life terms, Orks speak in a Cockney accent. GW is a UK based company, so Orks speak Cockney.
