Site Going Offline for a Bit

Connor has done all he has time to do for the site design and is passing it on to me so I can try and wrap it up before the deadline for the WAR contest at 5pm EST today. I'm going to take the homepage offline while I work on the site and once the site is setup I'll then take the forums offline to work on those, so just giving a heads up.
